THE ASK

For years, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) had been known as the hardware giant: powerful, reliable, essential. But the world had shifted. Flexibility mattered more than ownership. Experiences mattered more than equipment. And companies expected cloud innovation on their terms.

HPE wasn’t interested in following. They wanted to redefine what an enterprise technology company could be: software-led, service-driven and boldly competing with the likes of AWS, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure.

Discover 2022 was an opportunity to position HPE as market leaders in the hybrid cloud market. Live, in-person and in Las Vegas, the event was a chance to share their new vision, with strategy and an innovation roadmap to back it. But we only had six weeks to make it happen.

Our strategy centred on building a cohesive narrative that showed how digital transformation doesn’t require compromise, and how HPE GreenLake was already delivering on that promise.

To bring people into that story early, we created an intimate virtual pre-show experience for analysts and media, giving them context, clarity and access to HPE leaders. Attendees were engaged before Discover 2022 even began.In Las Vegas, we designed a VIP environment for meaningful, personalised interactions that cut through the noise. Every touchpoint reinforced HPE’s evolution, helping the world see and feel a company confidently stepping into its role as a leader in the hybrid cloud era.
