THE ASK
Sidekick were asked to do something that would put the British Basketball League on the map, add value for partners, generate hype, earn media attention, and drive ticket sales for the finals at the O2.
our RESPONSE
That's why we created a world first, an exclusive half-court dunk challenge on top of The O2. We knew that challenging Blake "The Showman" Bowman to a dunk contest on top of The O2, with its impressive 360 views, would create unique, head-turning content. But bringing together a wealth of sports and lifestyle influencers, we knew we would be able to drive reach even further.
With space at the top of the O2 limited, we decided to send a small 3-person on-the-roof crew of Self Shooting Producers supported by dramatic shots from our drone team.
