Wendy Lund Joins Allison Worldwide as Global CEO
We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Lund as our new global Chief Executive Officer.
Wendy has led our global business operations since January 12, 2026, supporting our expansion plans and long-term business strategy. She’ll also take on the role of Vice Chair of Health at our parent company, Stagwell, where she will lead strategy across the expanding global business sector.
After spending time with our leadership team and seeing the momentum across the business, Wendy said Allison felt like “the perfect agency” to make her next move. Her career includes more than 10 years as CEO of GCI Health, followed in-house to pharmaceutical company Organon as chief communications officer and, most recently, into a corporate role at holding company WPP.

“Looking at it 360, I’ve had all these different experiences, but where I truly thrived – what I loved so much – was leading agencies,” she said of her resume. “Allison is an agency that’s on the go and making things happen, and I’m excited to take charge at this moment.”
Based in New York, Wendy will report to our executive chairman, Ray Day, and to Mark Penn, chairman and CEO of Stagwell, in her healthcare leadership role.
Wendy’s dual appointment reflects her deep expertise in healthcare and our integrated approach with Stagwell. As Vice Chair of Health, she will work across the network’s research, creative, advertising, and advocacy groups to better connect capabilities, bringing her health expertise to help guide the agencies to address unmet needs across the sector.
At Allison, Wendy will focus on growing our business across disciplines while expanding our health portfolio, which already spans pharmaceuticals, insurance, and medical technology.
Wendy’s return to agency leadership follows senior roles at GCI Health, Organon, and WPP. Looking ahead, she said she’s energized by Stagwell’s challenger mindset and the opportunity to help clients navigate complexity, see around corners, and drive growth.
“I view 2026 as this machine moving into a higher gear,” Ray said. “Wendy is going to be leading the way.”
